From the Clinic to the Olympics

Listen as we interview Physiotherapist Gareth Ziyambi. Gareth is the Clinic Director & Principal Physiotherapist at A2Z Elite Health & Performance in London, UK as well as the Physiotherapist for UK Swimming and Diving.

Gareth will discuss his role with the UK diving team at the 2021 Olympics and how using dorsaVi wearable sensor technology helped with his assessments and treatments. Additionally, Gareth will discuss how he uses the technology in his day to day Physical Therapy practice, and specific case studies of patients assessed with the dorsaVi technology.

Gareth Ziyambi qualified as a physiotherapist in 1997 and has since worked in a variety of settings including hospital, community, private practice and elite sports. He has represented both his native Zimbabwe and Great Britain at 5 Olympic Games as a Physiotherapist. He currently splits his time between his two private practices in London and Elite sport with British Diving.
