On the initiative of her sponsor IsoWhey, Olympic 1.8 mile steeplechase runner Victoria Mitchell teamed up with dorsaVi to study her performance at the 2016 Blackmores Bridge Run in Sydney, Australia.
Victoria won the 5.6 mile race with the impressive finish time of 29 minutes, 55 seconds. Providing a wealth of data on absolute symmetry index (ASI), ground contact time (GCT), ground reaction force (GRF) and a number of other measurements, the dorsaVi study showed Victoria’s recipe to success in great detail – but it also gave cause for some concern.
